What's at stake this 4th of July? On this Independence Day celebration, I would be lying if I didn’t say that I have a heavy heart. Freedom has never been free and as time passed over the years and I became more involved in the inner working of politics I decided to make true “freedom” a state of mind and dedicate my life to what that looks and feels like. I came to understand that the facade of Freedom is as far as your general understanding of the way the world works in a man-made system. I’ve always believed America is the last great hope and after traveling the world and having an opportunity to see other countries, I know without a doubt that America is whatever The People decide to make of Her. I choose a mindset of Freedom and will work the rest of my life to teach The People a way to preserve what we have left and rebuild what has been taken from us by politicians and bureaucrats over the years. I choose The Patriots For Ohio as the vehicle to make a difference and will celebrate our mindset of Freedom this year. In God We Trust, Melissa Don't wear a mask? DeWine supports jail time if you don't! Senate Bill 55, which would reduce the penalty of violating a health order from a 2nd-degree misdemeanor, which comes with the punishment of up-to $750 fine and 90 days in jail, to a warning on the first offense, and minor misdemeanor, punishable by a $150 fine, on subsequent offenses. The Senate recently concurred with House amendments to reduce this ridiculous penalty, but now Governor DeWine has stated he will veto the bill. To put this in perspective, the man that shut down the entire state, stripping millions of their jobs, liberties, and dignities, is now going to use his veto authority to maintain his power to lock you up for violating his orders.
