Turn your work to any circulation desk from March 26-May 11. March Family Event: Trilling Toads & Treefrogs at the Shaw Wetlands Saturday, March 17, 7:30-9:00 pm Please dress for the weather and bring boots and a flashlight. Fayette Soil and Water & Carnegie Public Library will host an evening hike at the Shaw Wetlands on Robinson Rd. Join our adventure for the whole family! Big Kids Thursdays-- Grades: 3-8 Makerspace Thursdays, March 1 & 22 and April 12 4:30 pm Everything from stop motion animation to sewing projects, get creative at the Library! Big Kids Book Time Thursdays, March 8 & 29 and April 19 4:30 pm Reading, games and crafts geared especially towards our older kids! Lab Rats: Science Thursdays, March 15 and April 5 & 26 4:30 pm Making slime or just taking something apart to see how it works. Drop in to experiment! National Library Week: April 8-14 National Library Week celebrates the vital role libraries play in the community. Our Library strives to provide educational, recreational, informative, and cultural services and materials on a free and equal basis-everyday to everyone in our community. Stop in and see what's new! May Youth Gardening Club All Ages Saturday, March 12, 11:00 am Time to plant the library gardens! Come dig, plant and water our Summer Garden. After were done planting we'll have punch and cookies.
