NEW DENTIST OFFICE WELCOMED TO FAYETTE COUNTY

“Dr. Mike” Pappas, is surrounded by his staff  and

A new dentist office, Washington Court House Dental, located at 1387 Leesburg Avenue, was
welcomed recently by the Fayette County Chamber of Commerce. The comprehensive family dental office offers a wide array of services including crowns, fillings, root canals, implant tooth replacements, dentures supported by implants and cosmetic solutions such as veneers and whitening. Our goal is to meet the needs of the community and our diverse background in multiple areas of dentistry allow us to serve all patients.

Dr. Michael Pappas (Dr. Mike), a native of Cleveland, Ohio is the practice owner and dentist. He
attended The Ohio State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree with honors in Healthcare
Management, along with both his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) and Masters of Business
Administration (M.B.A.). Dr. Pappas graduated in the top of his dental class and was selected as the
recipient of the prestigious Veler Scholarship which is awarded to only one individual per dental class.  He has served in various leadership positions within the Ohio Dental Association, American Student Dental Association, American Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry to advocate on behalf of patients and advance the dental profession. Dr. Mike spent three years as Team Leader of a large group dental practice with multiple locations in Columbus, Ohio. Here he mentored and managed 10 general dentists, an orthodontist and a surgeon along with a clinical staff of over 55 team members.

His previous practices were voted one of the top offices/dentists in Columbus for all of the years he
practiced there. While it was a great experience, Dr. Mike knew he wanted to transition into a family
oriented practice that served the community it is within. As such, he purchased a dental practice here in Washington Court House with an emphasis on providing modern high quality dental care at an
affordable price. Outside of the dental office Dr. Pappas enjoys reading and staying active. He enjoys
running, basketball, golf and spending time with his dog, a golden retriever named Roscoe.

Dr. Mike explains his approach to dentistry, “At Washington Court House Dental we are here to serve
the community. We utilize new advancements in technology to create a comfortable and exceptional
experience each and every time a patient is in the office. The use of intraoral cameras allow patients to see what the dentist sees so the treatment plan can be created together with the patient's individual
needs in mind. We ensure our work is of the highest quality and only use the best dental labs when
