Exploring the data behind the opioid and addiction crisis

What proportion of the population has been directly affected by the opioid epidemic? What does an addict look like? How many overdoses started with pain pills and not recreational use?

Many community members across Ohio want to know more about the demographics affected by opioids and addiction. Over the past year we have continued to gather data in order to gain more insight into what the crisis looks like in Ohio, which communities are most affected by it, and how we can help. We believe that reliable data can lead to reliable solutions. In this week's blog, we break down some of the research and trends we've found.
